We found the hotel easy to find and access having travelled from Devon to Birminham New Streeet then on to Birmingham International and on to the sky rail. The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!

I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

First class service, exceptionally clean, and oozing with comfort. Rooms were lovely, and an extra bonus to find a fridge hidden in a cupboard! Breakfast and service was excellent. Didnt have time to try their leisure facilities, but plan to arrive much earlier on our next visit so we can! Right in the heart of the town, so easy walking distance

A very good stay andwell worth the money, I would defiantly book this hotel again. Thestaff were very friendly and have excellent service. Over all I verymuch enjoyed my stay.

the hotel was fine but after been woke up at 330 by the fire alarm i could not get back to sleep, so we checked out at about 4am as i have trouble sleeping anyway,so we did not really use the services as we had paid for breakfast and never ate. - helpfulness of staff, area in which hotel situated, presentation of hotel facilities

The breakfast is excellent and the room is very comfortable. Having Touchwood shopping cetnre accross the road is also very convenient. - The facilities available to guests and the fact that the shopping centre was just a stone through away.

At the time I stayed at the hotel they were in the process of redecorating the main hall and most of the bedrooms. However, this work was being carried out in a manor that did not disturb the guests. I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too.

Now that I know where it is, it is very conveniently located for my work. The room was very comfortable and it was so peaceful I had an excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was also excellent. Will definately stay there again.

The atmosphere as soon as you enter the foyer, the reception area and our room were all extremely pleasing! We loved our room, on the 12th floor, very roomy, great views, great kitchen area for having pre dinner drinks with friends! We would definitely stay again! -
