  THE STAFF The manager/owner was very patient prior to my stay during the booking process. He was flooded with my emails and yet still replied informatively. In person, he is cheerful and hospitable. The other reception staff are friendly, and aided when help is required.  THE ROOM I stayed in their deluxe room.   The hotel is just few steps from a beach and Bangla road, which makes it very comfortable. For the whole stay we didn't use Tuk-tuk even once. Good value for it's money. - 1) The view of the sea. 2) Affordable. 3) Prompt house-keeping 4) Wi-fi ready 5) Location is awesome as it is just by the patong beach.
