THE STAFF
The manager/owner was very patient prior to my stay during the booking process. He was flooded with my emails and yet still replied informatively. In person, he is cheerful and hospitable.
The other reception staff are friendly, and aided when help is required.

The staff and manager were very proffessional. They did their best when i needed help and also gifted me with a free voucher at the end. Overall a good value for money hotel with excellent location.

The hotel is just few steps from a beach and Bangla road, which makes it very comfortable. For the whole stay we didn't use Tuk-tuk even once. Good value for it's money. -

I liked everything regarding my stay at the Patong Paragon Hotel. Room was good size, clean and well maintained. Pool access was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
