  Pimalai is truly a little slice of heaven. Stunning grounds, delicious food, gorgeous spacious rooms on the most beautiful stretch of the island. All this being said the best thing about the resort are all of the amazing people working there. Every person we came into contact with was so pleasant and cheerful. I hope I am lucky enough to return to this haven of peace someday, as this is truly a unique and perfect spot - We stayed 2 night in Pimalai at the end of 4 weeks honeymoon trip. the hotel is located right on the beach spreading further towards the hill. the beach is quite nice but depend on the tide state. we really liked the room which was really comfortable, the breakfast (they have macaroons.. :), the shed in front of the beach. The service is nice, both pools are incredible. They have nice facilities for free at the beach. "why not" bar is great.

  Great hotel, booked direct pool access room online at discount price, was amazing room. The main pool area is at top of resort, but golf buggys run you around resort when ever needed. Let us take out the kayaks free of charge, which thought was very good as other resorts stayed charged 100 - 200 - The staff were very friendly, and really enjoyed working there. We had a villa with a plunge pool so we did not spend much time in the large pool, but the food was all great, the reggae bar was amazing to have a few drinks at sunset. All the food we had was awesome and there was not a huge markup on the prices like in some other resorts we stayed at. It was what a quiet get away should be

  The staff were amazing and we had the best time at the Cha Da. The room we stayed in (diamond) was magnificent - you can hear the kids at play but it is not intrusive and you can relax by your own pool. It is only five mins tuk tuk from the local village and there are also plenty of bars and restuarants along the beach which the hotel sits on.   Da and her staff were great, the girls really do their best even if they don't understand. Da helped with and saved us money on day trips, all of which were brilliant, our favorite being Koh Rok.   very quiet, only 20 guest (high season 300). Location was nice, but you have to rent a motorbike (4 euro/day) to explore the island more. Beautiful garden and ponds (with some Iguanas in it) in the center of the hotel, so nice view from breakfast area, which is on 2nd floor. We sat at the balcony, very nice. Hotel has small movie theater. Very relaxing environment...conducive to both couples and families. Relative to other places such as Phuket, Lanta is a safe place to ride a scooter, especially if you avoid high speeds and riding at night. As a result, the central location of the resort makes it a great place to be if you want to get out and explore for a few days!

They arrange many facilities like snorkelling (must try) and island tours. Also they put flowers every part of hotel and really smells good :). Rooms are really big and over quality. There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.

  The modern clean design. All rooms have an ocean view. Only 15 rooms. Food is great. Quiet and private. Surrounded by nature. Shona was entertaining and accommodating. - Each room has an amazing view of the ocean, its a great outlook. The building is modern and the staff are extremely friendly. We will definitely stay there again.
