The service is outstanding. Attention to detail is what distinguishes this hotel from many others. Rooms -
everything was perfect. food, location, staff, cleaning. Staff is very kind and friendly. Nearly every night there is a social event like wine tasting and free tapas. They arrange many facilities like snorkelling (must try) and island tours. Also they put flowers every part of hotel and really smells good :). Rooms are really big and over quality.
There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.

We stayed 2 night in Pimalai at the end of 4 weeks honeymoon trip. the hotel is located right on the beach spreading further towards the hill. the beach is quite nice but depend on the tide state. we really liked the room which was really comfortable, the breakfast (they have macaroons.. :), the shed in front of the beach. The service is nice, both pools are incredible. They have nice facilities for free at the beach. "why not" bar is great.

Staff were great, Poppy made the time to talk to us. Loved the quiet bungalows with loads of room. Breakfast was fine. Didn't see the pool but assume that was in nearby hotel. Was steps away from beach. We booked 1 day and stayed for 5 I think in the end. -
Location is good, close to Saladan to be convenient but fat enough away
to avoid the noise

The hosts (Mr Pong and his wife) were very friendly, helpful and service oriented (they live directly near the resort). Baan Rim Lay was excellent. rhe hotel is just 3 massive beachfront rooms. So much space! Can't go wrong. Lovely balcony, AC in room, personal sunbeds on the beach, free wifi. Super clean. Huge bathroom. Our room was only 6 months old so everything new. Family run and super friendly with everything, great personalised service. Highly recommended.

place given that it is pretty cheap. The staff was really friendly and
made a point remembering my name. Rooms are very clean and quiet, even

Very nice looking guesthouse with good standard and clean rooms. Big plus for the cozy little garden. Good location only a few minutes walk to the beach. You have several restaurants around the corner. A walk to Saladan takes about 15-20 minutes.
Very friendly staff, even if they did not speak the best English.

This is a wonderful hotel with very nice and helpful staff! the location (Klong Dao beach) is the best on Ko Lanta. The teritory of the hotel is very beautiful and peaceful, and villas are just fantastic! We were upgraded for free for beachfront villa (low season), so this villa was amazing, very well furnished! WiFi was everywhere for free. We really recommend this hotel!

Friendly staff, lovely spacious and clean bungalow with sea view. We
loved the hammock on our veranda and listen to the waves rolling in.
Perfect also with small children. At low tide they can play in the
shallows between the rocks at the beach. There is a nice cool
swimmingpool and a lovely restaurant, good service and excellent food.
We travelled with our 8 month old daughter and just loved this place.
