  The spacious room with view to the river, the large swimming pool, the club lounge and most of all the very helpful and efficient staff. Special thanks to Joy from the Club Lounge who helped us choose and book our trips - couldn't have done it without him! Hope to come again soon and spend longer at this lovely hotel. - Probably one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in my life, wonderful staff, wonderful architectural style, food unbelievably amazing!   1) Excellent infinity pool - salt water pool, segregated area for Small kids though small. Jacuzzi area with a bar 2) beautiful & luxurious rooms with king beds, comfy pillows 3) bathroom was very grand & luxurious. Bathtub was the best we had ever used! Big, oval shaped & roomy. Superb! 4) birthday surprise with cake, candles & matches 5) b - the staff were wonderful nothing to much trouble always helpful.lovely location on the river, spoilt for choice with a variety of different menus to choose from and a lovely swimming pool and and spa/massage centre.should we ever travel to chaing mai again we will put this hotel top of our list for accommodation
