The location is the best feature with this guesthouse. Right next to Saturday Street Market and main temples and it also boasts plenty of eating and breakfast opportunities nearby. Very helpful and Nice staff. Always ready to help in anything. We arrived at chiang mai at 6 a.m and the check in should be only at 12 a.m but they give us a room to sleep.
The breakfast was very good and we could choose what to eat, they have 4 options. The locatin is fine, just in the centre. They offer 2 new bottle of water everyday.

We loved our stay at Riverside House, the staff were really sweet, the pool lovely and clean, the location is excellent to the night market and within walking distance of the old city. Breakfast was basic but fine, rooms cleaned daily, lots of space to relax in and really laid back.

The layout of the guesthouse was excellent - swimming pool, restaurant area, and reception area. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Most of the reception staff were friendly, but all were efficient with their service. The food was reasonable without being outstanding.
My room up-grade was good with wi-fi access in the room most convenient. All facilities were in good working order. Would book again.

The most that I liked from this hotel it was the front desk service. The lady (I forgot her name) was very gentle and friendly. We arrived a little bit tired from Bangkok with no idea of what to do those days at Chang Mai. She sat with us and explained all the offers about tours and potential places to visit, what was it good or not for us, etc. Also she booked for us the tours that we made. She teached us to order the breakfast the night before and it was ready next day at the hour you asked

I stayed during the Yi Peng/Loy Krathong festival in November 2013 was it was a fabulous site to watch the celebrations on the bridge and the launching of Loy Krathongs upstream beneath the bridge.
