Beaufiful hotel, lovely staff easy to walk to many tourist sites.loved their breakfasts, sitting intheir courtyard and having little birds twittering around you in the trees. The pool is just so relaxing and just what I would chose for colours to contrast the bricks and greenery. Could have easily taken up resdence in the library. Had an amazing time here. Staff were super friendly, facilities were excellent! Our rooms were great and had a beautiful outlook down onto the pool. Very close to shops and a 5 minute ride into the city/entertainment precinct. Cannot recommended an more highly, simply a great place to stay in Chang Mai!

the owner is a very nice lady, I do miss her when I'm writing now. Feel so comfy like home, her breakfast was nice and everyday is different. I wish to stay in her house again if I travel to Chiangmai next time.

The atmosphere that the hotel has is unique. It is a Thai style hotel which immediately puts you in a relaxing mode. The rooms are spacious. The flowers in all the hotel are magnificent. Perfect location in the old city,which is really close to the Wat Chedi Luang(my favorite temple in Thailand) and the Sunday market.
Extremely beautiful environment, the white mansion surrounded by carefully-cultivated flowers is charming day and night.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Our room was really nice, with free natural shampoo, conditionor and shower gel. This is a proper spa resort with a tranquil feel. Breakfast was incredible with both western and Thai of a very high standard. I recommend the pancakes! We would really recommend this hotel.

The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.
