Absolutely lovely. A serene place to stay and escape. Staff warm and friendly. Breakfasts were wonderful. Almost to much, husband and split breakfast main. Great shopping across street. I really like the design of the hotel. Althought it;s in old city, but it uses buildings to circle an area and create a private/quiet space in the noisy city. Also, the location can not be better, it;s just in the center of the Sunday walking street, you just need to step out of the entance.

The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

Early check in was no problem. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although children had to share double bed in 2nd bedroom).

My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and their English is very good. The hotel is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the old city or a tuk tuk ride for approximately 80baht. Definitly loved it! The hotel it self has a vintage charm. Staffs were probably one the nicest we've never met. My mom had a little accident so they arranged us to the hospital, and they didnt even take the tip. We really appreciate the help! WIll definitly come back!!

The staff! Incredibly helpful, gave us wonderful recommendations, helped us get taxis, red trucks, and tuk tuks. Also told us what to avoid :)
The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. We loved the location as well...we were not in a touristy area at all, so we got to experience authentic Chiang Mai.

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed at KP for 3 nights in one of the 94 sqm Lanna villas. That was a great deal well worth the extra 50USD/night for enjoying full privacy, private garden, outdoor jacuzzi, massage tables and steam room. KP site is well kept, the room service spotless, the breakfast royal (bit weak on the pastries though), the staff very friendly and access to downtown made hassle free thanks to the KP shuttle bus (book it well in advance especially on WE) or you can always book a cab

- Very nice facilities with library and Mac computers that can be used by guests on the ground floor, a very nice pool, excellent value for money.
- Good service - morning and afternoon tea, good breakfast options and good food.
- Very good location: a few minutes from Wat Chedi Luang, other temples are walking distance from the hotel. During our stay, we also went to the Saturday Walking Street and Night Bazaar, which was a few minutes walk from the hotel as well.

Hotel staff were very friendly, always smiling and always ready to help, location was good, very quite, and a nice walk to the city's life and food. Breakfast was the same daily but was still very nice and again staff always pleased to help. Swimming pool was perfect for cooling off after a long hot day, but was very strong with chlorine. Rooms were large very clean and fresh bottled water daily.

This hotel is in the upmarket area but it is still easy to get to old town etc. Service, comfort, amenities and food were great. -

helpful and positive and always happy to help. I can say that
because of her we felt extreemly welcome comfortable and happy to
stay at the villa.
I have traveled to many locations and must say that the people really make a difference.

Everything was great. It is a family run business and the service you receive is excellent to say the least. Was upgraded to a better room without any extra charge and stayed there for 7 nights.
It is slightly outside the city by the river but to me that was an advantage. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the main own twice a day and I can assure you that distance is not a problem.
