  Early check in was no problem. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although children had to share double bed in 2nd bedroom). The hotel is not very far from town and we had no difficulty getting shuttle into the night bazarre when required. Buffet breakfast had nice local food d - My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and their English is very good. The hotel is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the old city or a tuk tuk ride for approximately 80baht.   The lady that runs the villa (Pray) is a breath of fresh air, very helpful and positive and always happy to help. I can say that because of her we felt extreemly welcome comfortable and happy to stay at the villa. I have traveled to many locations and must say that the people really make a difference.   We really enjoyed our stay in Sakorn Residence. We had a really big room with a big king size bed, a big balcony, a nice bathroom with a big shower and a safe and fridge in our room. The hotel is located just outside the Old Town. It's a ten minute walk to the night market, and only five minutes to some really nice restaurants. For breakfast, you have to choose from 5 set menus instead of a buffet, - We had the 2 bedroomed apartment and it was huge! It was beautifully clean and modern and in great condition. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 10 minute walk to the town it is very handy for the great restaurants by the river (we ate at 3 of them) and is in a quiet area so you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. Fantastic place to stay.
