Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly.   Everything, the staff and management were unbelievable. they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. NOTHING was too much trouble for them. THANK YOU for making our anniversary so special. - Staff were lovely and were very accommodating. Really enjoyed the stay. Food was great and the swimming pool was marvellous.
