  Location is good. Ten minutes walk to the Zermatt Railway Station. Hotel provides free pick-up service. Located at a quiet corner of Zermatt. Seems that every room has a balcony. You can enjoy the view from your balcony while having lunch. Room was big (European Standard) and clean. Very im - The hotel is a bit rough at the edges but the room I got was clean and quite comfortable. It is very well located close the the church square and basically in smack middle of everything. There was a quite low ceiling, but beds were good. Seemed to be newly renovated. Very clean room! Very good value for money and they did not lie about the stunning view of Matterhorn from the room!   The hotel is a great find and deal in pricey Zermatt. Even though the rooms were sort of "petit" (not a negative for a couple) the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff was extremely helpful and nice in every way. The view of the Matterhorn from the terrace was a nice bonus!
