  Zermatt was the first place we visited in Switzerland and it was the best experience we had in Swiss. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the station and we were very tired as we were travelled to Zermatt from Paris and also we had lot of luggage to carry from Station to hotel. When we asked for suggestions about hiking plan as we arrived, the counter(maybe the hostess) gave us very useful information, to adjust our schedule, and let us have very excellent experience in Zermatt. 2. I really love their restaurant! When I get up, with a very nice breakfast in a cozy and clean place, made me a great start of every day when I stayed there (My room is also clean and cozy J). 3.   zeer attent vriendelijk personeel. hoewel gedateerd hotel toch erg schoon - Ontvangst was vriendelijk, onze gereserveerde kamer was door de vorige gasten in een dermate vuile staat achtergelaten dat men ons er NIET in kon plaatsen !We kregen een kamer in de nok van het hotem maar.... met uitzicht op de Matterhorn ! ruim (was voor 4 personen )

  Location is good. Ten minutes walk to the Zermatt Railway Station. Hotel provides free pick-up service. Located at a quiet corner of Zermatt. Seems that every room has a balcony. You can enjoy the view from your balcony while having lunch. Room was big (European Standard) and clean. We booked at a very special price (68chf per night for 2 people.)... wat mensen zeggen » since the hotel posted the wrong price. Eventually, the hotel still honored the reservation which is something unlikely to happen in country. Very im - The hotel is a bit rough at the edges but the room I got was clean and quite comfortable. It is very well located close the the church square and basically in smack middle of everything. The staff is friendly and accommodating when it comes to very early breakfasts, etc.

  We had a little problem finding it, but but a guy came out on the street and gave us the key and pointed us to our room!! Extremely friendly staff. There was a quite low ceiling, but beds were good. Seemed to be newly renovated. Very clean room! Very good value for money and they did not lie about the stunning view of Matterhorn from the room!   The staff was amazing!! So very helpful and always willing to give us advice, call a cab, help us out, etc. Manuela was fantastic, as was her colleague. The rooms were beautifully done. Simple but refreshing with a nice tv, wardrobe, and bathroom. I had a double room with my friend and it was perfect.
