  We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town. Rooms are a little outdated but the nice bath room makes up for it.   I felt comfortable with the room for us with two older children and birds singing in the morning . The breakfast and the dinner was fantastic. Staffs was nice and helpful.
