  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views.. We needed a dentist while there and they arranged everything with the best dentist in town. We are planning our return trip for this winter.

  We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town.   I felt comfortable with the room for us with two older children and birds singing in the morning . The breakfast and the dinner was fantastic. Staffs was nice and helpful. A bus no. 3 direct from train station to foot step.
