We really liked the location, lots of beautiful beaches nearby and about a 20 minutes drive from the airport. The apartment was pretty basic but clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is set within an historic palace that oozes character. It also has a lovely central courtyard where guests can take breakfast. One of its big pluses is its location - in a quiet pedestrianised street within a short walk of all of Palma's principal sights - including the cathedral - its main shopping area and the historic quarter which is home to many restaurants/bars. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Although the lady at the reception can not speak English, she is quite nice and patient, checking google translation and writing on the paper to facilitate the communication. The hotel provide comfortable and clean accommodation which is absolutely worth of money. Strong recommended, especially for solo tourist!

Very freindly staff. Great for families with young children (mine were aged 8 and 15) Great for 8 year old by 15 bit bored. The complex is great, based on two sites with two pools. The entertainment staff were great with kids and adults!
