Right in the heart of the national park and next to the beach. Good value for money in the restaurant and bar. The pool setting was great. It was really clean and well looked after. Staff were all really friendly. -

The hotel is set within an historic palace that oozes character. It also has a lovely central courtyard where guests can take breakfast. One of its big pluses is its location - in a quiet pedestrianised street within a short walk of all of Palma's principal sights - including the cathedral - its main shopping area and the historic quarter which is home to many restaurants/bars. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Very freindly staff. Great for families with young children (mine were aged 8 and 15) Great for 8 year old by 15 bit bored. The complex is great, based on two sites with two pools. The entertainment staff were great with kids and adults!
