  Очень приветливый персонал, дизайн номеров весьма хорош, расположение великолепное. - Staff is incomparable, they are very good at English (dislike the Spanish), friendly and helpful (without invading my privacy). Juan, the owner, is a friend from the first sight. Room is very quiet and peaceful, small but everything is tasteful (colors, locations,... что говорят » lights, sizes). Location is in the heart of Madrid exactly 4 minutes far from a major Metro station and a shopping district. A++ hotel. - the staff is very very helpful and friendly and speak english. the rooms while small are comfortable. the shower is very nice. they have a free computer with internet onsite. other travelor's have left books and magazines to read. it is close to several metros and within walking distance to the museums. the price is reasonable and our room was quiet.
