Very good staff service - Very central for shopping, theatres, sightseeing and eating. There was a Metro station less than 5 minutes walk away. There were lots of good restaurants, cafes and bars nearby but the rooms were quiet. Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to
Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very
clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager

passengers taking early flights.
I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

A taxi from the area of the Prado took us to this airport area hotel, the Axor Feria, a sister to its more elegant sister hotel right next door. Taxi cost was 23.35 euro (we had two carryons and two back packs). Be aware it’s a long drive, more so with heavy commute traffic so allow time.

This hotel is awesome if attending a show at Expo Centre. Room was large with great bathroom. Loved playing with the motorized window blind! Free internet if you ask for card, which was a real plus - I was visiting a trade fair that was 10 minutes in distance from the hotel
