Value for money; the room we had was very small but we spent most of our time discovering the city so that was enough for us. It is the very centre of Madrid, Metro stations & bus stops are nearby. There are supermarkets, cafes & restaurants around. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Good shower. The room is very small but what do you expect for the price. I found there area to be fairly quiet - quieter than most places I stayed in Spain so noise wasn't a massive problem.

Staff did not speak English. The room was quite small. And one morning we waited for the hot water for almost one hour but in the end it was still cold. But I think there was a problem at day day, because the other days we have all the day hot water. Rooms were very small. Too much noise from traffic. Very bad soundproofing.We heard everything what peoples did around us during all night. And we couldn't even open water - was very noisly. It was only one thing what we didn't like. really small room and bathroom. The room is extremely small. You can only fall on your bed and leave luggage near it. No view from the window - usual dirty well of an old city. No hairdryer. Very noisly at night because of closer Night club. Difficult to find. Signage very poor.
