  We loved the cleanliness of the Hostal. We also enjoyed the excellent location and walking distance to historical sites and museums. Our host, Luisa was excellent, helpful and very friendly. She was there to greet us and allowed us to come back for an extra day after our train to Paris was cancelled. It was also very near the underground. Shower had great pressure and the rooms were very clean. In addition to this the view from the balcony was also great. Over all a nice comfortable place to stay, we enjoyed it and would recommend to others

  Clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Its location near the pedestrianized area around the Plaza Mayor makes it very quiet. I have stayed in many hotels in Madrid and this was by far the quietest. - Fantastic location, just 20 metres from Plaza Mayor. Room small but very clean and all reasonable facilities.   The location was excellent and the hostal was really easy to find. We arrived before the check-in time and were given access to our rooms which was great. Our room was clean and we had a view which looked out on to Gran Vie. Staff were friendly and helpful.   Beautiful. Elegant. Clean. Almost new. Great staff. Amazing location. Cheap. Air conditionning during summer. Great view (8th floor). Elevator. Security staff during night. Very quiet for central location! - I liked the location and it was a quiet hotel even though it was on a busy street.

  I just stayed for one night. Has a very central location and the room is correct. We stayed in a family room whit four beds and a bathroom. Next time in Madrid, i will come back! - The views are amazing, The location!, Nice water pressure

  Amazing location - right at the heart of the Callao Plaza. Very central. - The location is just near the Sol Square. The price is cheap! It's in the top of the building, you can have a good view in the balcony.

  July 2013. This pension is located just a couple of minutes from Sol, the centre of Madrid, and was a perfect base for our stay. Rooms were clean with a shower and sink, and ceiling fan. Shared toilet down the hall was clean. Wifi was fast. Staff were friendly and helpful despite not speaking English. Midday checkout is nice.   We enjoyed our stay in Madrid! The room was very nice, clean and decorated with a lot of love. It was in the city center and all sights are in walking distance. The personal was very friendly and warm-hearted. We felt welcome and would recommend the hostal. :-) - Everything was excellent!   This hostel is a family owned small hotel. But they hire 2 employees who cam speak good english, and very kind and helpful to guest. The location of the hotel is great. In walking distance to most sightseing place. And very near by to metro. And nearby the hotel, there is a good restaurant, serving from breakfirst to dinner.
