  We had very comfortable room, quit - that was important, because we'd been with 1 year old baby. The staff prepared special little bad for baby. And value for money is on high level! I will recommend this hotel to my friends. - loved the decorations, shower water was hot, had a refrigerator, good air conditioning, very cute hotel, staff was great

  The location was very central 5 minute walk from Gran Via. Rooms were on the 2nd floor of this beautiful old building. Very safe location, well lit area! The hostel tht you have to collect the key is 2 minutes walk. Beds big and comfortable, bathroom very clean and shower was string and warm! And the free WIFI was brilliant.   This hostel is located in a brilliant spot next to many bar restaurant and a lovely square , I have stayed in two other hostels in Madrid this was the quiter location it's clean and simple great for all types of people and the reception is 24 hours and they will look after your key for you, invade your scared if losing it.   I booked the room for 2 people, in the result we got 4-bedroom apartment:) The room itself was very clean and comfortable, very close to main sightseeng spots, recomend to everyone. have a nice stay;) - The Staffs are really very friendly and helped me so much (especially Ms. Ralu and Mr. Alberto).   - Location was perfect. Right in the middle of the centre. You can see almost all attractions by walking. Many shops around, many restaurants and food options. Make sure you explore the neighborhood before you decide where to get you meal. This place is near 2 underground stations, but we never needed to use the underground. - The staff was very h... что говорят » elpful and pleasant. They also let us leave our suitcases after check out until very late (11pm) - Price is great for what you get. We paid about 35eu - Very good location in the city center, between Sol and Sevilla metro stations. When checking in I got keys to the room and front door, which was very convinient, because in other hostels sometimes you dont get the keys and have to leave them at the reception desk every time you get out (which is something which I really do not like in other hostels).

  Pickpocketed on way to hotel on metro so no cash at all. Staff at hotel very helpful even with limited english! They phoned police and they allowed us to use hotel phone to contact home for money transfer. Great breakfast and coffee facilities - very central. cool concept. highly recommended.

  I can't fault the stay we had. Staff are uber friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant and in walking distance to everything.
