  Friendly staff and centrally located,rooms were cleaned everyday. There was also a mini fridge in the room which i thought was really awesome,as many premises of that level don't seem to include such services.   Hostal San Antonio is a very convenient and charming place. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, my room was quite comfortable, cleaned every day and with a cute balcony. I stayed there 5 nights by myself and have nothing to complain about.   1. LOCATION is excellent, very close to Metro station (Gran Via) & many city landmarks (Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, can be reached by walk). Hotel surrounding by many shops, big stores and restaurants (Jamon 55, Cafe & Te, Rong Hua chinese restaurant is just few choices). 2. Room is completed with good wifi con - Great location near Gran Via metro station on the nice shopping street. Elevator to 4th floor. Rooms have windows for inner court, so it's quiet to sleep. You will have own keys for the building and for your room, so it's safe. The single room with shower is really nice and cosy, with air condition, sink, good mirrow, a kettle to boil water for tea etc. Also the bed was comfortable. It was my second time I stayed here and I was perfectly happy with everything.

  Pension is situated in a good place, close to the city centre and close to metro station. The man who worked at the reception (Hose) was wery nice, serviceable and kind. He was always ready to help us find whatever we were looking for in Madrid. Our room was seamlessly clean with clean towels every morning.   Hostal Mendoza is located in perfect place: next to the central street of Madrid - Gran Via and Puerta del Sol, where you can take the tourist- bus and travel all over the city. Our double-room on the second flour was always clean, the furniture and bathroom (with all the accessories) were new, we had even flat TV-set and the balcony. Room was large with fairly new ensuite and very comfy beds. There was nothing we didn't like and would definitely stay again.

  I liked how the room that I got was exactly what was shown in the pictures on the web site. I also liked that the staff speak good English and that they are very helpful. Also, it is centrally-located and just a few minutes' walk from Callao Metro station. I especially liked how clean and neat the room was and that they gave me my request -- to ha... что говорят » ve a room with a window, as I can get very claustrophobic with rooms without one. - I should say this is a perfect Hostal! Location is perfect, 5 minutes to Sol station or Gran Via! Staff are sooo nice and helpful, giving me a lot of advice and help me resolve the problem of travel adapter! And also need to mention, the design and decoration of the room, surprised and considerate and sweet! With the price and location, I do think this Hostal deserves highly recommended.
