Clean rooms. Kitchen has microwave, fridge and cooker. The courtyard was very nice with lots of greenery. There is a car park which is in the basement of the apartment and so convenient. Although city centre is 15-20 minutes walk from the apartments, there are plenty of shops and restaurants close to the apartments. -

Apartment Alameda 91 is located in a safe and quiet zone. Also the sightseeing tour bus stop nearby. The apartment is spaces and also equiped with a small kitchen for family tourists. The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

The apt was spacious, modern reformed recently, very clean, comfortable , wifi, quiet, had most of equipment you would need for a short or long stay, except if it could have an electric kettle for a quick cup of tea as ceramic hob takes a while and boiling waler in pan could be dangerous when pouring into such small teacups. Otherwise very good.

Everything. The apartment was amazing and so was Seville. The staff were really helpful. Seville is one of the most friendly places I've been. Apartment was easy to find. Very friendly and helpful staff. Near La Macarena where the Hoponoff Red bus stops. Makes it easy to get overview of the city. Also near the bus stop which takes you to the Corte Ingles and Cathedral.

It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, new and nice, located in a very lively area, but just a few meters apart so that it was quite and calm. The owners are reliable, sharp and ver y kind. I don't have any comment or suggestion to improve it. It is just great. -

Very friendly greeter, Marta, met us at apartment and got us set up. Hard to find, as others noted, but once we found it, it is so easy to get around the city from this location. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, very modern, updated. We had a later train out of Seville so needed to be able to store luggage for the afternoon.

Loved the location. It's within walking distance to shopping, Cathedral, and tapas restaurants. If you're driving there, please note our suggestion on parking. 1) You need to call reception 30 minutes prior to arrival for them to help you with parking availability nearby. There is no parking on site. 2) And you'll need to pack light since you'll be carrying your luggage across cobbled streets to apartment for about 5-10 minutes from parking garage.
