Clean rooms. Kitchen has microwave, fridge and cooker. The courtyard was very nice with lots of greenery. There is a car park which is in the basement of the apartment and so convenient. Although city centre is 15-20 minutes walk from the apartments, there are plenty of shops and restaurants close to the apartments. -

The apartment was a good size for a few nights. They were quite and in an interesting barrio. The car park Macarena is about 15 mins walk, check for deals on arrival. Very nice apartments. The room is very big (some people live in less wide flats in Russia :) and it is equipped with all necessary.
I can't say, that location is bad, but be ready, that it will take you some time to get to the center of the city (15-20 minutes to Cathedral) and to bus and railway stations.

Having a washing machine was fantastic. It was close to Taller Flamenco school. Lots of eateries close by. Easy walk into main part of town. Very secure. Car park available on site. Internal atrium provides a lovely cool and windows look onto it instead of a road.

The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

The apt was spacious, modern reformed recently, very clean, comfortable , wifi, quiet, had most of equipment you would need for a short or long stay, except if it could have an electric kettle for a quick cup of tea as ceramic hob takes a while and boiling waler in pan could be dangerous when pouring into such small teacups. The spacious modern fit out is stylish, the local neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming - not too busy, so peaceful and quiet. Very friendly greeter, Marta, met us at apartment and got us set up. Hard to find, as others noted, but once we found it, it is so easy to get around the city from this location. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, very modern, updated. We had a later train out of Seville so needed to be able to store luggage for the afternoon.

Loved the location. It's within walking distance to shopping, Cathedral, and tapas restaurants. If you're driving there, please note our suggestion on parking. 1) You need to call reception 30 minutes prior to arrival for them to help you with parking availability nearby. There is no parking on site. 2) And you'll need to pack light since you'll be carrying your luggage across cobbled streets to apartment for about 5-10 minutes from parking garage.
