It was a pleasant place for the budget and it is located in place where it is easier to access all forms of public transport. Very impressed with cleaning and making of beds everyday. -

Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

Our stay waa fantastic, start to finish. The apartment we stayed in (one bed duplex) was fabulous - very clean, modern, and had everything we could have wanted to make our stay very comfortable. When we arrived the guy that checked us in was amazing! He was genuinely friendly, pointed out all the places we had to check out and his recommendations were great. The apartment that we stayed in was superb. Very comfortable, perfect for a couple. The furnishings were excellent. Location was also amazing. I strongly recommend people stay here when they visit Madrid.

Beautiful apartment overlooking busy Fuencarral, so perfect to watch the world go by and right at the centre of things. Great with kids, lots of space and lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help- arranged airport transfer, stored our luggage on our last day, extra blankets. I really couldn't recommend highly enough. -

It was a home from home, which is great after staying in hotels. The facilities were excellent and the location was great, just five minutes from Puerto del Sol.
