First of all the staff was really courteous although all except one
struggled with English.
The hotel is 2min & 37sec walk(fast pace) from the Holy Majid-E-Nabwi (Gate No. 15) which is located at North West Corner and will take further 5-6min walk inside the Haram Shareef before you reach Bab Al Salaam.

Staff is friendly and hotel is very near to Haram, rooms are ok and they gave us a triple room however I reserved a double room because I had my 2 kids with me. Also my plane was at 8 pm and they kept me in the room till 3:30pm

formost thing is its only a walkable distance from Masjid Al nawabi.
Very clean & Hospitable people.The only thing I could feel some
difficulty is the Communication Skill of the staff in the restuarant.
At;east they should understand english .because people are coming from
different part of the world and the medium of communication would be
English after Arabic. Other than that it was excellant and thanks for
your assistance

Friendly staff though it took me a long while to check-in as it was Friday afternoon. Gave me a free upgrade to haram view room. Clean comfortable facilities. Excellent location for men to make it to the first few prayer rows. Markets close-by. -

I particularly liked one very decent person in the management who ensured my stay was so pleasant and peaceful.

The staffs are friendly, helpful and responsive. Since I drive my own
car, it is nice to have such hotel which has private parking, eventhough
limited space. We also still can drop our family on the lobby and easily
go (if you find the way :)) to park the car in Masjid Nabawi basement
