Lovely helpful staff. 2.Super huge room, very warm and comfortable. 3.Houskeeping kept room clean every day, replenished with clean towels,toiletries and tbags etc. 4 excellent location 5 mins from the main square and excellent location to explore.   I travelled to Krakow with my sister - it was her 1st time but my 3rd! I chose these apartments mainly because of the central location. Krakow and it's vibrant Market Square is one of my favourite places which I have visited, topped only by the sites of Rome. The apartment we were allocated (V13) was close to perfect. It was clean and had every amenity necessary to make our stay comforta - Easy access to Market Square (around 50 metres); apartments stylishly fitted out, very quiet, airconditioned and well equipped; reception staff very helpful assisting with taxi to/from train station and with précised directions, close to the restaurants of Market Square, close to the central railway shopping and to main shopping centre and close to the wonderful Cracow Concert events which happen around the area.

  The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a couple of minutes walk from all amenities. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel served some very delicious food which was reasonably priced. - EWveryone was very friendly. Excellent facilities and hotel.

  The staff - Iwona and Pawel and the other staff there were fantastic, pleasant, friendly, helpful and generous.
