  Excellent service provided by very friendly staff who work on the reception. If you have any questions before you arrive they are very quick to respond by email. The apartments are very clean and modern in an excellent central location. Look no further if its the flexibilty of an apartment you're after. Fab stay thanks. - The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

  I travelled to Krakow with my sister - it was her 1st time but my 3rd! I chose these apartments mainly because of the central location. Krakow and it's vibrant Market Square is one of my favourite places which I have visited, topped only by the sites of Rome. The apartment we were allocated (V13) was close to perfect. It was clean and had every amenity necessary to make our stay comforta - Easy access to Market Square (around 50 metres); apartments stylishly fitted out, very quiet, airconditioned and well equipped; reception staff very helpful assisting with taxi to/from train station and with précised directions, close to the restaurants of Market Square, close to the central railway shopping and to main shopping centre and close to the wonderful Cracow Concert events which happen around the area.

  The staff - Iwona and Pawel and the other staff there were fantastic, pleasant, friendly, helpful and generous. From the coffee we got on arrival to the help they offered with directions etc. I should also say that one night at 11pm we called in and said we didn't need breakfast the following morning as we were leaving early, 10 minutes later they... hva folk sier » brought a packed breakfast to our apartment.
