Удобное располжение. Хорошие завтраки. Бесплатный Wi-Fi. Хорошая парковка за которую с нас уже второй раз не требуют оплаты. Мы ежегодно останавливаемся здесь. -
Lovely helpful staff. Basic but clean and comfortable . Breakfasts were nice , buffet style , nice selection,though choices were basically the same every day. 2nd time I have stayed here

Very nice and modern apartment, situated in a lovely restored old building. It was close to the city center (5-10 minutes, on foot). It was very comfortable and clean. Free wi-fi and full equipped kitchen.The staff friendly answered all our questions and gave us information about parking, what to do and what to visit. I would definitely go there a

The apartment very modern in a lovely old building.had everything you needed to self cater although we only had breakfast.we booked an apartment rather than a hotel room as we were there for 4 nights it gave us more space.the staff were lovely from the moment we arrived.

Hotel Grodek is an excellent small hotel, with no detail left unattended. Its location is far better than any other hotel I saw in Krakow -- perfectly quiet, only two short blocks to the main square with easy access to the Jewish quarter. The hotel itself was situated very close to the main square and this left it very easy for myself and my husband to walk in and out of the main square.I will definately visit again however I will take my family along.

Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique. -
The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!

I arrived after a 27 hr coach trip from London. THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment.

Несмотря на позднее время приезда, о чем мы сообщили СМС, хозяин встретил нас около дома, показал где можно припарковать машину. На следующий день проводил до обменника и показал магазины. У хозяина в том же доме магазин, так что можно обращаться по каким-либо вопросам втечение дня. Красивый интерьер. Трамваи слышны были, но нам не мешали. Хорошее расположение. До Вавельского замка дошли пешком, обратно вернулись на экскурсионном автомобильчике.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. For sure I will come again.
The location is good, it is close to the Vistula for cycling, close to Kazimierz and are public transit hub is very close too. Nevertheless it is not a touristic area at all and strolling through the streets nearby gives you a glimps of "real life". -

We liked almost everything, especially the second time we stayed when we had a really nice room, huge bed, table and chairs and sofa, and lovely soft towels and bed linen. The hot tub, balcony, vicinity to main square. Staff were excellent. Arrived early and had our room ready. Had emailed re day trips, they had weather reports and encouraged us to choose alternate date. Our free day the weather was splendid.
