Lovely helpful staff. Basic but clean and comfortable . Breakfasts were nice , buffet style , nice selection,though choices were basically the same every day. 2nd time I have stayed here and really enjoyed it. Only a 15-20 min walk to castle and town from the hoteland some nice runs by the nearby river , if like me you are a runner -

Very nice and modern apartment, situated in a lovely restored old building. It was close to the city center (5-10 minutes, on foot). It was very comfortable and clean. Free wi-fi and full equipped kitchen.The staff friendly answered all our questions and gave us information about parking, what to do and what to visit. I would definitely go there a

The apartment very modern in a lovely old building.had everything you needed to self cater although we only had breakfast.we booked an apartment rather than a hotel room as we were there for 4 nights it gave us more space.the staff were lovely from the moment we arrived.

Hotel Grodek is an excellent small hotel, with no detail left unattended. The hotel itself was situated very close to the main square and this left it very easy for myself and my husband to walk in and out of the main square.I will definately visit again however I will take my family along.

Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

Great staff! Arrived at 7 am, and the receptionist arrived early to let
me in. She also took plenty of time to give me great advice on what to
see/do in Krakow. Also my room was ready upon arrival early in the
morning. The staff of Komorowski really go the extra mile on service and
arranging things for you.

The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique. -
The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!

I arrived after a 27 hr coach trip from London. THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment.

Everything about the apartment is good. You have to be in touch with the owner in order to be able to check in, but this is not a problem at all. You can not see a nameplate or else of the apartment outside, but the navigator can easily find the exact building and it's on the main street very close to Jewish quarter. I would stay there again, if

We received a lovely welcome and once you get your bearings you realise how close it is to the key locations including Schindlers factory, Kazimer Square and the lovely medieval town.
Its a compact apartment but has everything you would need with many supermarkets and make sure you try the ice cream shop over the road

The location is good, it is close to the Vistula for cycling, close to Kazimierz and are public transit hub is very close too. Nevertheless it is not a touristic area at all and strolling through the streets nearby gives you a glimps of "real life". -

We liked almost everything, especially the second time we stayed when we had a really nice room, huge bed, table and chairs and sofa, and lovely soft towels and bed linen. B&B is located in an old apartment building with not yet redecorated
facade. However B&B interior is newly redone with lots of glamour
design. Breakfast is decent but i'd liked kitchen accessibility with
all appliances. Room itself was quite nice and big but 10inch tv was a
bit too small.

The hot tub, balcony, vicinity to main square. Staff were excellent. Arrived early and had our room ready. Had emailed re day trips, they had weather reports and encouraged us to choose alternate date. Our free day the weather was splendid.
