  The family was wonderfully helpful and welcoming. Hot water for tea was in the room upon arrival, as well as a japanese style bathrobe. Everything was clean and beautiful in a traditional Japanese fashion. They let me keep my bag behind the desk for a day after leaving. Only a ten minute walk from the train station (although not obvious, I was abl... что говорят » e to find it in the dark pretty easily), although They do offer free pick- up. And a great price! - Matsukaze was a well-staffed, friendly and budget-oriented Ryokan that delivers for the price asked. Though not in the central-area of Matsumoto, it is probably the best-value-for-dollar for people who want traditional Japanese accommodation in this mountainous area. Additionally, the Ryokan is a 15 minute walk from the JR Matsumoto station.

  It was our 2nd stay at this place. Owners were always very friendly and helpful. We were there to go and see fireworks, but due to heavy thunderstorm we could not see them unfortunately. Thank you owners, we hope to see you again :))) - The owners are very hospitable, kind, generous and willing to go the extra mile.
