I loved the fact that the hotel was located right behind the JR station. That was a huge plus! To add on, the hotel was close to the shopping malls! There was even an onsen which was free for all guests, though it was rather small. the rooms were alright, clean, but not very spacious. Wifi was provided at the lobby. The staff were amazing. -

The location is one of the highlights, the staff is helpful and gentle, the breakfast very decent, it's clean and although a litle bit worn out, it is still a very reliable hotel. -

Fantastic comfortable space - well designed. Large beds and great lounge space for all the family to stretch out in. Excellent value for money. Location was superb and the facilities shared with the sister hotel over the road really enhanced the experience.

I liked sleeping on the mattress they put on the tatami mats-I deliberately rented a room for 2 people so that I would have 2 beds to use, and I was proven correct because the single bed would have been too narrow for me. The onsen-style bath, like a small hot tub, was nice. -

Amazing location. Just a few minutes walk from the gardens and castle. There is also a Seattle's Best cafe in the lobby so if you need caffine. The staff provided me with an english brochure Kanazawa. with a map of the surrounding sites of interest, bus routes, and suggestions for dinner. This hotel has communal baths and I took 2/day. It was very hot in
the daytime so it was great to have the hot batch when we returned from
a ay's sightseeing.
Hotel has buses out front including sightseeing city loop bus. Lobby cafe has rare reasonable coffee including cappuccino.

Excellent location-15 minute walk from kanazawa station; 20 minute walk to katamachi, which is the shopping and restaurant district. Opposite the Omicho market. 20 minute walk to Kenrokuen garden.
