Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough .
We don't know about food, because we didn't taste -
Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with
excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station,
one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku.
Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good
service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant
at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station.
Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very
convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi.

The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. The concierge was also very helpful when we were checking out, and it was good that they could communicate in English.

It was a lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room
with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very
clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was
great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and
train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this
hotel for business or leisure.

Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. Some people may complain that the rooms were a little small but it didn't bother us at all. if you want a brilliant night sleep with friendly staff then stay here! such a gr
