The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Also everyone at the front desk spoke English, which for us was a great bonus.

Fantastic location a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku-gochōme station. The hotel itself is clean, the room was quite large and the facilities (internet, washing machine, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, proper knife for cutting things) were excellent. The room and bathroom was a reasonable size compared with other Tokyo hotels where there is pretty much just enough room for a bed.
We thought the breakfast was quite good. Start your day with a healthy salad, boiled eggs, toast and a main dish that changed daily. Staff were super friendly. They greet you every single time you walk into the hotel. We made good use of the washing machine, dryer and microwave inside the room.

great location, near the metro/train station but on a quiet street with restaurants and convenience stores, washer/dryer in the room, very helpful staff with a manager that spoke very good english, decent breakfast at the restaurant below -
