  Lovely place to stay to experience a traditional Japanese style hotel. Fantastic views of the lake from our room and of Mount Fuji from the roof garden. The lady who looked after us and served our meals in our room was very polite and helpful, even explaining how to wear the cotton kimono provided by the hotel. It was a nice touch to have the sa... что говорят » me person looking after us for the whole stay. - Everything is perfect in this hotel. The staff called "maiyumi" was so helpful during our stay, being able to introduce the facilities and foods in simple English. The dinner and breakfast are excellent, location is good and they can arrange free transport between train station and hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the place.

  All of it. The facilities (really traditional Japanese), all the small things were think about. The service, they even took care of our almost left-behind passports and left-behind goods. They picked us up at the Kawaguchi station. They bring us back to Kawaguchi station any time we have to go there. The staff can speak English good. The - 5 course dinner to the room was an amazing experience. Our bedroom was facing mt. Fuji, even though it wasn't the most expensive option. We went for a Japanese style room, it was comfortable and relatively spacious. Onsen is facing lake Kawaguchi. It's well equipped and spotless. You get to wear Japanese dressing gowns, pyjamas and slippers. We asked for a converter, they didn't have it but they kindly lent us their own iphone5 charger.

  Mount Fuji view from the ryokan was simply stunning! The weather was good when we checked in n we have the most amazing view from the room. We also managed to take some great photos of the mountain from the lakeside in front of the hotel.   Everything here is 5 star. Was there for our honeymoon. Little tip - once you reach kawaguchiko station, look for the tourist information centre.
