  It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was unbelievably courteous and helpful. The room was spotless clean and the mini bar was free of charge.   The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb!
