The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.

The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Mancino12 is clean, modern, and it was quiet!

Stayed here for three nights. Perfect location - walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms were big enough for two people. Luxurious bathroom and good wifi. Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was excellent with good choice (scrambled eggs, bacon and smoked sausage, cold meats, cereals, pastries, breads, fruit, yoghurt and much more). Beds comfortable and well-maintained. No noise and had a great nights sleep after a busy day sight seeing. Airy and good size rooms with attractive, modern décor. Near train and bus station (5 minute walk). Central location.

The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet so if ur looking to relax after the many tours then this place is for you. -

This is a very well appointed hotel that is a pleasure to visit. There
is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year

The second we got there we received assistance with everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and help getting train reservations for the rest of our trip. First impression on entering our room was "WOW". The room and bathroom were spacious and extremely clean with edgy modern pleasing décor. We loved the double sinks, walk-in shower with wand and overhead shower heads. Lighting and AC were also modern allowing you to shape the environment to your mood. WiFi worked extremely well.

We really liked that it was in a relatively quiet part of Rome. After a busy day seeing the sites it was great to get away from the crowds and yet the Spanish Steps and Via Veneto were only minutes away. The staff were accommodating and friendly and there were lots of good restaurants close by. The room was spacious and modern in an old building.
