  The staff were very accommodating, despite us being the only guests - for instance, the hotel was around a km away from the town uphill, so tiring to do multiple times a day without a car, however the staff would come to pick us up whenever we needed it. With a car the hotel is highly recommended. - I really enjoyed my stay, the friendly staff, the fine food, the room where I slept.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo

  The service is amazing. They picked me up at the airport for free, drove me somewhere else to buy a toothbrush, and let me leave my big suitcase with them for a whole week. They said that when I come back through, they will just bring the suitcase to me at the airport so I can continue on without going out of my way.   Antonio is very attentious. The rooms are very confortable. Also location near tometro Bologna. Try the food on Meeting point bar, at Piazza Bologna. Good and unexpensive. - Nice hotel in a good location, only a short walk to the metro, made exploring Rome really easy.
