  The staff were very accommodating, despite us being the only guests - for instance, the hotel was around a km away from the town uphill, so tiring to do multiple times a day without a car, however the staff would come to pick us up whenever we needed it.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo

  The service is amazing. They picked me up at the airport for free, drove me somewhere else to buy a toothbrush, and let me leave my big suitcase with them for a whole week. They said that when I come back through, they will just bring the suitcase to me at the airport so I can continue on without going out of my way.
