Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming ! Very friendly staff who gave us some very helpful advise how to travel in Rome to go sightseeing and where to eat and do some shopping...The nice receptioniste even looked up some things for us on the internet.
The hotel is close to the Metro station and to the Vatikan.
We had a nice, quiet room to the backside of the hotel.

Останавливались в отеле на 5 ночей с 18.09.13. Отель прекрасно расположен на берегу моря и рядом с набережной для прогулок. Отзывчивый персонал, на второй день после нашего обращения начали подавать к завтраку нарезки из сыра и колбасы, появился хлеб.Отлично работает wi-fi. Просторный гараж для автомобилей. -
