  The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. I had a deluxe room and it was lovely - faciltities were good, nice shower, tv, safe, fridge - all you would ne... what people say » ed. Everything was clean and though the style of decor would, for some, probably be a little out of date, I thought it was quite charming. Note though - Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

  the staff was very helpful and spoke excellent english. bruno the bartender was an excellent host and made a perfect negroni, the location near the airport was very convenient and since we got up before the kitchen opened for a 6:00 am taxi ride the desk person made us up a couple of to go meals! how nice an unexpected is that - The room was clea... what people say » n, the staff was very good- they immediately had our air conditioning fixed and arranged for an early morning taxi to take us to the airport.

  Very attractive facilities and perfectly clean. Staff welcoming and friendly and the seaside views outstanding. The breakfasts should be described as banquets.   Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options, worth the extra money. There was a free shuttle taking you direct to the metro station making travelling to Rome much easier and cheaper as it is situated approx 5 miles out. This shuttle was also available for airport transfers for a small fee which was even more convenient. The staff were b... what people say » rilliant, always helpful.   Staff very friendly and very helpful, we even got a small present during our stay. There's also a spa with saunas in the hotel. Location is good, near Vaticano, metro and shopping street. Breakfast is served on the third floor with a terrace, which is very nice in a good weather and there's a roof in case of rain. Breakfast is standard for a 3* hotel, but with nice cakes every day. - Very friendly staff who gave us some very helpful advise how to travel in Rome to go sightseeing and where to eat and do some shopping...The nice receptioniste even looked up some things for us on the internet. The hotel is close to the Metro station and to the Vatikan. We had a nice, quiet room to the backside of the hotel.
