Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny.   Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent (close to Rome Termini, subway lines and many attractions; has a supermarket nearby). Crosti also provides cheap internet service (i.e. 1 euro per hour or 3 euro per day). They also lended us a laptop as we did not bring ours. Breakfast is awesome! Price is excellent! Perfect location within walking distance to the station, but so very quiet. The rooms were large and very nicely presented. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends. Breakfast was superb! Good restaurants nearby too. Our group of 4 were delighted to find such a gem in Rome.

  Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Clean, safe and friendly, there isn't much better than that! ... что говорят » - Close to the main train station, very pleasant, friendly staff, air conditioning was great (very hot in Rome that day). Good breakfast included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it.

  Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. I liked the colour of the curtains and bed spreads and the decor ... что говорят » in general. It had good wi-fi, and good air-conditioning. The bathroom was slightly small but comfortable nonetheless. The building on the outside - The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not). Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.
