  Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. I liked the colour of the curtains and bed spreads and the decor ... was die leute sagen » in general. It had good wi-fi, and good air-conditioning. The bathroom was slightly small but comfortable nonetheless. The building on the outside - The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not). Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

  zentrale Lage - freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sprachen gut Englisch. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die nähe zum Termini (5 Minuten zu Fuß).   Very Nice place with very Nice people ! The room was awesome! Very warm and clean and the bathroom was amazing too ! The breakfast includes milk, juice, tea, coffee, bread, cereals, fresh and delicious croissants and a lot of jelly! Near to termini station and with some restaurants and souvenirs shops! There is a kitchen you can use and all the neccessary things for cooking. Breakfast is served in rooms. There is also a fridge in each room.

  Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Clean, safe and friendly, there isn't much better than that! ... was die leute sagen » - Close to the main train station, very pleasant, friendly staff, air conditioning was great (very hot in Rome that day). Good breakfast included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it.
