Everything perfect, our room wasn't en suite but the shared bathroom was fine, very clean. The shower though would have been tight for a large person. was so so friendly. If you're lucky to have her when you arrive you
can ask her anything and she will find a solution. The room is quite big
and very nicely furnished! It is very close to the metro station and

Staff: very friendly and helpful. An inconvenience may be that, in caseof late arrival, one needs to phone the staff and wait for the staff todo the check-in, but in our case we waited 10 minutes and it was ok.Services/facilities: all in order, clean and working well. Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening. Very pleased and highly recommendable. -

B&B 2012 is located near Tiburtina Station (a little bit far from city center). To reach city center you have to reach tiburtina station (by bus, 3 stops or by walk 15 min) then metro line B (connection to line A at termini station). Very good price for this quality. Everything in the room is new (big room of around 15-20m² with individual bathroom). Good breakfast with home made italian cake (from 8.00 to 10.00). Very impressed. Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets. Reseptionist was very helpfull,
The room was bigger and nicer then we expected, the location is very good just 10 minutes to get to Termini. There are lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel and very good at nights. -

Чисто, комфортно, спокойно. - We lived in a sister hotel, 5 min of walk from the main hotel. Very good location: rather close to the Termini station, good dining places all around, nice neighbourhood. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it.
Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.

Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.
