Everything perfect, our room wasn't en suite but the shared bathroom was fine, very clean. The shower though would have been tight for a large person. The hotel is easy to find between two metro stops, Bologna (3 stops from Termini) and Tiburtina. On arriving better to get off at Bologna and walk mostly downhill for about 4 mins but when leaving t

In the first day we had this lovely italian girl at the reception that
was so so friendly. If you're lucky to have her when you arrive you
can ask her anything and she will find a solution. The room is quite big
and very nicely furnished! It is very close to the metro station and
around you have many shops and a supermarket.

Staff: very friendly and helpful. An inconvenience may be that, in caseof late arrival, one needs to phone the staff and wait for the staff todo the check-in, but in our case we waited 10 minutes and it was ok.Services/facilities: all in order, clean and working well. Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening. Very pleased and highly recommendable. -

Antonio is very attentious. The rooms are very confortable. Also location near tometro Bologna. Try the food on Meeting point bar, at Piazza Bologna. Good and unexpensive. -
Nice hotel in a good location, only a short walk to the metro, made exploring Rome really easy.

B&B 2012 is located near Tiburtina Station (a little bit far from city center). To reach city center you have to reach tiburtina station (by bus, 3 stops or by walk 15 min) then metro line B (connection to line A at termini station). Very good price for this quality. Everything in the room is new (big room of around 15-20m² with individual bathroom). Good breakfast with home made italian cake (from 8.00 to 10.00). I wanted to rate this apartohotel excellent plus plus but that feature is not available for selction in the site.We had an wonderful stay...excellent room,excellent staff including mr alfred and mr shahbaz,excellent taxi services ..They are always at your help..it is like staying in your home with an extremely helpful neighbour which is rare today

Very impressed. Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets. The apartments are a little out of the centre of Rome but there's a bus stop very cl

Reseptionist was very helpfull,
The room was bigger and nicer then we expected, the location is very good just 10 minutes to get to Termini. There are lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel and very good at nights. -
Proximity of the hotel to the university where I had meeting.

Everything was great. We get a large triple room, that has been cleanedeveryday. The people in reception were very nice and kind. We get a mapjust after our arrival. Η καθαριοτητα του - Ήταν σχετικά κοντά στο Τέρμινι (μετρό, λεωφορεία), ήταν αρκετά καθαρό. Η τιμή ήταν σχετικά καλή για Ρώμη τέτοια εποχή.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it.
Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.
Easy to explore other places: The hotel is ideally located if you intend to explore Rome

Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.
