The whole complex was clean and the location was better than we could have hoped for with restaurants on each block. We always felt safe.   Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. They also showed us all available rooms upon request for our next visit. We stayed in I-room across from the reception. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.   Location is just perfect. We have never used public transport. Everything is within walking distance. Next door restaurant (stair down) is marvelous. Highly recommended. We had a room with own separate bathroom. First impression was very confusing, however by the end of the fisrt day we used to our room and outside facilities. It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment. The location was excellent too. Would definately stay there again.
