The sense of having a home to stay in as opposed to a hotel, sense of independance. Beautifully maintained. Elegant. Will highly rec it to fellow visitors to Rome and will stay here on every trip to Rome ourselves. We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests.
We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.

beautiful boutique hotel, where each of the rooms has its own distinct
character and charm, and they are all classy, harmonious, and
comfortable. The staff is exceptionally nice, and the owner Giovanna

Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can.
The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C.
It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment.
The location was excellent too.
Would definately stay there again.

Ripetta Rooms is a fairly new establishment. It is perfectly located for access to the metro station and other public transport. The main shopping areas are also only a short walk away. the facilities are excellent and the staff that run the establishment are absolutely great. Breakfast at a neighboring coffee shop also worked quite well. -
