  The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave. It was like stepping back in time to old style Italy but everything was comfortable and worked very well. Lots of hot water and a good shower.Look forward to our return!   This hotel was excellent for the price and only a stones throw away from the touristy bit with the tower, cathedral etc. literally 200 yards away. The room was clean quiet and comfortable even though it was so close to the busiest part of Pisa. The parking is quite difficult as the area is mainly pedestrianised and would have been expensive apart ... что говорят » from the fact that the hotel will provide a 24 hr parking permit for 10 euros. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the optional breakfas - Location was very close to Tower etc. and very accessible, although you cannot walk from airport or train station as one might assume by distance posted. A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip. Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.

  They stayed up to wait for me though my flight got in at midnight, and they even gave me a huge room with a bathroom when I had only booked a single with shared bathroom. - The location was good, just a short walk straight from Pisa Airport. We also liked the Bus stop which was just outside the Hotel and took us to the Tower.

  The hotel is extremely close to the airport so we've got there really easily by walking in about 7-9 min with the sleepy kids and the luggages for our early morning flight. Staff was really friendly and they did helped us out with basic necessities like bottled water for the kids.   We arrived very late, about 02.30 - delay flight from Denmark. Robrto and Sylvia were waiting and gave us a very warm welcome. We could sleep as long as we needed, and Sylvia gave us hot and strong coffee in the morning. The place is comfy and the shared bathroom is very clean. it is situated near a bus stop and the bus will take u straight to Tower of Pisa in less than 15 minutes. Wifi connection was good. They provided breakfast and the cappuccino was great!

  Very good location for someone arriving with a late flight at Pisa airport. The stuff of B&B Gate 52 was very helpful. Mr. Rocco was waiting for me and the baby at the airport even it was after midnight and this helped me a lot. The room was nice and clean, and the toilet clean and always available. It's quite handy in a short walking distance from the airport. We arrived in a rainy day so we had to take the bus from the airport to the hotel and there was bus stops near the hotel. Besides, it takes about 12 minutes walk to the central train station.
