We stayed 6 nights in the summer.
The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside.
The breakfast is also very nice; outside of the B&B in a typical Florentine bakery

We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities. Everything was great! From the beginning the staff gave us spot on
information to reach the apartment, met us their on time and helped

We just loved this quaint little apartment. Although small all that was required was provided for and in good working order.
Washing machine was also easy to use.
Bed linen and towels good quality and apartment was clean. Of course location was fantastic and we had no noise issues. In fact we enjoyed getting a bit of taste hearing about some Italian domestic life while sitting on the balcony.

beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in

Perfect location, right by the Uffizi museum. The Duomo is just less then 10 minutes away on foot, amongst other popular museums and local sights. Set in a beautiful square, where you can get a beautiful view of the city hall tower from the apartment. The shopping belt surrounds the apartment, together with many wonderful restaurants. A true gem!

Hotel staff were extremely helpful - particularly getting a taxi from the station in a downpour of biblical proportions. Rooms were lovely, big bathrooms, great breakfast etc - Quality hotel - good location
